Meet Dr. Saintfort-Russ

Katia Saintfort-Russ is a forward-thinking technology strategist, doctoral scholar, and innovation consultant committed to transforming how organizations adopt and leverage emerging technologies. As a Doctor of Technology graduate of Purdue University, her academic work examined the intersection of artificial intelligence, workforce development, and educational equity. Her research focused on building AI-ready ecosystems that strengthen digital capability, enhance organizational performance, and expand access to high-quality learning experiences for underserved communities.

Her commitment to innovation is further demonstrated through her contributions to the research community on artificial intelligence in education. She conducted advanced research with the Khan Lab School’s AIED Summit hosted by Khan Academy in Silicon Valley, where she analyzed emerging frameworks for AI adoption, instructional transformation, and teacher preparedness in next-generation learning environments. She also completed executive-level training at Harvard Business School, strengthening her capacity to lead strategic initiatives, manage complex organizational change, and design solutions that align technology with mission-driven outcomes.
